We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash on delivery for Mumbai orders. International orders are via wire transfer or Wise.

No. We are a prepaid-only atelier. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any order. All orders require payment confirmation before dispatch, via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or other prepaid methods we share on WhatsApp.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 days. Mumbai local delivery is 1–2 days. We ship internationally to UAE, UK, USA, Canada, and Singapore - international orders take 10–14 days.

Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹5,000 within India. Orders below ₹5,000 are charged ₹150 flat. International shipping is charged at cost - typically ₹1,800–₹3,500 depending on destination and weight.

Each order is packed in recyclable kraft boxes with foam inserts to protect the glass. Fragile items are double-boxed for courier transit. Gift packaging (premium rigid box with tissue, ribbon, and a handwritten note) is available for ₹250 per order.

Attars (or ittar) are alcohol-free, oil-based fragrances created by traditional Deg-Bhapka hydro-distillation. They sit close to the skin, project softly, and evolve over hours. Eau de parfums (EDP) use alcohol as a carrier, project more immediately, and typically last 6–10 hours on skin. Our contemporary compositions are EDP-based and crafted for the modern wearer.

Yes - 30ml sample sizes are available for select compositions (shown on each product page). We also offer bespoke sample kits via our Fragrance Consultation service. Contact us on WhatsApp for a curated sample set based on your preferences.

Our attars contain no alcohol and are generally very well-tolerated by sensitive skin. All compositions in our contemporary line comply with IFRA standards. If you have known sensitivities to specific materials (e.g. oakmoss, certain musks), please check the full notes list on each product page and consult us via WhatsApp before purchasing.

Due to the nature of fragrance, we are unable to accept returns for opened bottles. Sealed, unopened bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We strongly encourage ordering a sample before committing to a full bottle - and our free consultation service exists precisely to prevent mismatches.
