We ship via Delhivery, BlueDart, and Ekart depending on your location. A tracking link is shared via WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to: UAE, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Singapore, and Australia.

International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees levied by their country. We declare the correct value on all customs forms.
Returns Policy
Opened fragrance products are non-returnable. This is standard practice in the fragrance industry due to hygiene and the subjective nature of scent. We strongly encourage using our free consultation service and ordering samples before purchasing a full bottle.
Sealed / Unopened Products
Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer). We will send confirmation via WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.
